Target Beauty Bag

How many of signed up to receive a Target Beauty Bag? I never even heard of Target's Beauty Bag but a fellow beauty blogger put the word out so I couldn't resist signing up for something especially if it meant receiving FREE SAMPLES!

I almost forgot about the beauty bag because I signed up for one some time in August and I just barely got it today. I know others received theirs sooner than I did but I'm pretty sure with so many others knowing about it, I could only imagine the process it took to send them all out. It's not much but my favorites were the beauty bag (of course!) and the coupon book!

BEAUTY BAG CONTENTS:
□ Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner with aloe vera and avocado
□ John Frieda Fully Body Shampoo and Conditioner with $2.00 off coupon
□ Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo and Conditioner with Acerola Berry Antioxidant
□ L'Oreal Skin Expertise Youth Code Day/Night Cream
□ Pond's Wet Cleansing Towelettes Evening Soothe with Chamomile & White Tea
□ $20 worth of coupons for beauty, skin, and hair products

(CLOSED) Hana 30 Day Lenses Review & Giveaway (PinkyParadise)

Caution Notes:You are best advised to consult your eye doctor before wearing any contact lens. It is your responsibilities to minimize the risk of wearing lenses. Kindly please read the wear and care guide carefully to ensure proper handling of lenses (which is provided in the website). The rule of thumb for your eye safety is, if you experience any discomfort, please remove the lens immediately.

I've been trying out these circle lenses from Pinkyparadise.com. I really like the big dolly eye effect of them and because they're brown, they look really natural. I have both the Mars Brown and Iceye Brown lenses and they look pretty much identical when I wear them. Iceye Brown is a tiny bit lighter than Mars Brown but there really isn't much difference between the two.

The Hana 30 Days lenses last for one month and they range $11.90 each.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Diameter : 14.0mm
Water Content : 45%
Base Curve : 8.6mm
Life Span : 1 month disposal

PROS:
For circle lenses, the Hana Iceye and Mars Brown look really natural. Some circle lenses can look somewhat scary but these lenses really bring out your eyes without looking too fake. They do make your eyes look bigger which I like and because it isn't too obvious that I have circle lenses on. Iceye Brown is far more comfortable than Mars Brown. The Iceye Brown lenses didn't feel drying on my eyes and it felt comfortable enough for me to wear for a long period of time. Both lenses are comfortable at first but Iceye Brown lasted longer based on comfort level.

CONS:
Mars Brown on the other hand was more uncomfortable on my eyes. It was a bit drying even after just putting them on. Personally I don't think it's the lenses fault because with any lenses I wear I always seem to find some level of discomfort after putting them on. So this "con" isn't really put to blame on the lenses, more so on myself.

Look Using NEO Glamour Green Contact Lenses

These lenses I received are courtesy of EyeCandyLens.com. I was browsing through their website and was so overwhelmed with the number of lenses they have. I couldn't decide what I wanted. I knew I wanted regular lenses as opposed to "circle lenses" because I find more discomfort in lenses that are larger in diameter. I don't wear contact lenses that often but I do like to wear them for doing makeup looks and taking pictures.

I'm especially pleased with this pair that I received. It looks really natural and it's a fun way for me to change up my look.
If you're looking for lenses that make your eye's iris appear larger, you won't find it in this pair. They're comfortable but much like most lenses, they do make my eyes feel dry quickly. I don't think it's the lenses fault, but my eyes. Overall I really like this pair of lenses even though I'm not the type to wear them all the time. At first I didn't think they would make my eyes stand out too much because it didn't look like much in the packaging but they look really great especially for those with brown eyes. :)

ASOS Quilted Lock Across Cross Body Bag

I ordered this cross body bag not too long from ASOS as a birthday present for myself. Believe it or not it cost me only $25 with free shipping! It was an amazing deal and I was really happy I found it. But I'm gonna go a little off track because I feel like it should be mentioned. I thought my package wasn't going to arrive! Their tracking information was inaccurate most of the time and as I check back on it now, it still says it's in transit. The tracking information hardly changed and I was afraid it had gotten lost because it was in Nevada in transit to its "destination". I thought it was so strange being that I'm all the way in California! So it caught me by surprise when I got it in the mail because I didn't expect it. So just look out for something like that if you do decide to order from their site. Anyway, it's here in one piece so that's all that matters to me!

I've been searching for a cross body bag with the woven chain on the strap for a decent price. This bag is great because you can dress it up or dress it down. It looks good with a black dress if you head out but it goes great even with a pair of jeans. It's great for running errands because you're pretty much handsfree but you still have all your necessary items close by you. You don't have to stick your phone or wallet in your pockets anymore, or even rummage inside your big purse just to find something. And that happens to me a lot! The gold-finish clasp makes it especially easy to get in and out of it and the length is just right for me.

This bag is surprisingly very roomy, too! There's so much space that I could fit my iPhone, keys, wallet, digital camera, blot powder, lippies and MORE all inside it. Overall, the quality feels very sturdy although it is faux leather. It's still well worth it for me! :)

Thank my boyfriend for his stolen shots of the bag haha :p
