Review: Need A Margarita?

I'm currently using this body scrub from Bath and Body Works from their True Blue Spa line. And let me tell you how much I LOVE this scrub!! Not only does it smell like a MARGARITA but it leaves your skin feeling so smooth and moisturized.

I think the citrus smell of this body scrub is perfect for the Spring and Summer season just because it really smells like you're on a vacation! In a way, you don't even need to put on lotion after you take a shower (even though I still do) because it's so moisturizing.

I only use a nickel size amount for my arms, legs and decollete area. Once all the sugar has dissolved I leave it on my body for a minute or two to allow the oils to seep into my skin. Once you rinse it off, you'll be amazed how soft and supple your skin feels.

PROS:

→ Skin feels smooth and moisturized in the shower and long after you rinse it off

→ Scent is amazing if you love citrusy/lemony/margarita smells lol

→ Thick sugar crystals doesn't make it harsh on your skin

→ Safe for people with sensitive skin

→ Can last you a long time since a little goes a long way

CONS:

→ Sugar dissolves too fast in my opinion which is why I gave 4.5/5 as far as meeting my expectations. But in a way it helps prevent you from over exfoliating

→ May not be easily available for people who may consider purchasing

→ If you're looking for a sweet smelling body scrub, this product is not for you

HANA Professional Flat Iron Review

I've been lemming this Pink Edition Hana Professional Flat Iron ever since I've seen it being reviewed on a lot of other beauty blogging sites. At the time, I was also looking for 1 inch flat iron so I can do curls with them. I usually straighten my hair with a 1 1/2 inch flat iron so it's way too big to do curls.

PROS:
→ heats quickly at a high of 450 degrees
→ made of ceramic plates that won't damage your hair
→ floating plates allow less tension on your hair
→ easy to see the numbers on the dial (most numbers on flat irons are too small)
→ thick swivel cord
→ glides smoothly and does not tug on hair
→ red LED light blinks when the flat iron is ready
→ tourmaline embedded plates which gives your hair shine
→ gives nice curls


CONS:
→ takes time to straighten long/thick hair
→ no auto shut off

OVERALL:
→ I'm really loving this flat iron. I also love the fact that it comes with a heat proof silicone mat which allows me to set my flat iron down freely without burning anything. And I've had really bad experiences with other flat irons burning the paint on my vanity! For a one a inch flat iron it actually straightens my hair just as well as a 1 1/2 inch flat iron would and that's what I usually use for flat ironing my hair. I also love using this for curling my hair. Unfortunately I don't have any picture of my hair curled using this product.

My hair looks so much shinier in the after picture!

This is with no Shield Shine treatment. I love how the tourmaline gives my hair shine.

Inexpensive Makeup Storage & Organization

I've been using these trays for years now and I love them because they fit perfectly inside my makeup drawers. I also love the fact that you can rearrange them in almost any way you wish. This is good for when you have particular drawers that you would like divided with different products.

You can find these trays at Walmart in the kitchen area. They run for $1 for a pack of 2 or 3, depending which one you get. A couple of years ago I purchased a set of black trays that were for the same price at CVS. Unfortunately, I haven't seen them there in a while but if you're lucky, they might still be available.

I took pictures of different ways you can store these trays in your drawers just so you guys can get an idea of what I mean by the different variations for storing them.
