Selena Gomez MTV Movie Awards 2013 Inspired Makeup Tutorial

Hi everyone! Here's a look inspired by Selena Gomez's makeup during her performance on the MTV Movie Awards. I'm actually a big fan of her and I think she's so beautiful naturally. When I saw her makeup I just knew I had to recreate it. Although my look came out quite different from hers, I still think it's a great rendition of what she had on. Hope you all like it!

Gold Glitter Smokey Eyes for Prom

Hello and long time no post! It's been about 2 weeks since I did my last tutorial and I knew I had to make a comeback soon. I've been stressing out over some personal things going on in my life and doing tutorials is honestly my best escape. I thought I would start a prom series on YouTube and on my blog since prom season is coming up. This look I did is so easy to do and it took very little effort. I thought I would make the look simple and easy to follow for those who will be doing their own makeup for prom. And by simple I mean not complicated, not necessarily natural looking. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it. As always thanks for watching and visiting my blog. Take care! xoxo

Blue and Green Makeup & Tutorial

Hi everyone! Today's look is super bold and bright! It has to probably be one of my most favorite looks I've done in the history of my makeup career. Haha! I'm just completely obsessed with the combination of blue, green, and teal. This look is dramatic but I find it quite wearable in my opinion. The lips and the cheeks are a bit toned down making it easy to wear without anyone looking at you like you're cray! I hope you all enjoy this look as much as I do. Thanks for watching!

MAC Archie's Girls Spoiled Rich Palette Look & Tutorial

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to finally have a bold colorful look for you guys. I know I've been pulling off a lot of neutrals lately but I was inspired to do this look since I got this palette as a Valentine's Day present from my boyfriend. I am just in love with this palette. Purple is my favorite color to work with and it looks amazing on all skintones, so I was really looking forward to playing with this palette. I can't wait to use this during the Spring and Summer. I hope you all enjoy this look. Please subscribe to my channel if you haven't already! I appreciate all the love and support that I get from everyone. Thank you all so much!

New Years Eve Makeup Look #3 - Last Post of the Year!

Here's my last NYE look and possibly my last post of the year! Goodbye 2011, hello 2012! It'll be the year of the dragon, and I'm a dragon according to the Japanese zodiac. So I'm excited for the new year and I have so much faith in myself that 2012 will be good to me. :)

I asked the boyfriend what colors remind him most of New Years and he says black and gold so I decided to take his word for it and create a dramatic cut crease look with shimmery golds and glitter. Hope you all like this look! Thank you all for sticking with me for yet another year. Cheers! :D

New Years Eve Makeup #2

I wasn't sure what to do with this look but I knew I wasn't going to use glitter like I wanted to. I had a look in mind but it didn't come out right when I tried it so this was the result of a last minute decision. Excessive eyeshadows with a frost finish make me apprehensive and this is definitely more frosty than what I'm used to. Especially when frost shadows appear too close to my brow bone... yikes! I prefer not to apply frost eyeshadows that far up my eye. Unless I did it for someone who was going for a look that way, otherwise I pretty much avoid it. I usually try to stick to one frost eyeshadow with the exception of this look since NYE is just around the corner. Had I done this look any other time, I probably would have incorporated matte shades (especially the purple) but this is for New Years! Enjoy! :)

Glittery Blue Makeup for New Years

Hi! Here's my first festive look for New Years using glitter. I wish it was more glittery but I'll try to incorporate more of that in another look. I used clear lash adhesive to apply the glitter onto my eyelid. I always use this technique especially with glitter because it lasts so much longer without fading or creasing.

Sultry Golden Bronze and Gunmetal Eye Makeup

Here's a smokey eye using some limited edition/discontinued pigments that I've had for a while now. Don't be discouraged because all of these colors can be easily substituted. All you need to achieve this look is a gold, bronze, and any dark gray or black eyeshadow will do.

For the first time in almost all my looks, this one was difficult to capture in a full face shot. For once this look actually looked better up close than far away. Also, the lashes were really stubborn. I paired 2 different lashes on top of each other and it was just really thick and heavy to work with even though I love how full and fluttery they look. So please don't mind the uber wonky looking lashes. I promise, it looked better in person! Nonetheless, enjoy! :)

Autumn Rose with a Pop of Glitter Makeup Look

I tried to do a Halloween look last night but it was a complete fail! I didn't even bother to take pictures of it because it just wasn't happening for me. I really thought it was gonna come out looking amazing but I guess I'll leave it to the professionals. :P

Anyway, here's a look I did a few days ago. I've been on a color kick lately and seeing all the Halloween looks has got me inspired. But now that Halloween is almost over I think it's time that I get into season, right? :) With that said, enjoy this fun look I did using mostly Sugarpill products. I'm seriously in love with MUFE #5 eyeshadow so I had to incorporate it. I don't use it that often but when I do I just can't get over how much I love it! It's my favorite peachy/coral eyeshadow! Please don't mind the ugly lips. I was in a rush to snap pictures so I had to grab the closest thing to me. >___<

LOOK: Electric Blue and Green Cut Crease + Tutorial

Okay, so this look was done completely out of the blue (haha get it?). I wanted to do something really dramatic but still keeping it bright and fun. I think with all the Halloween makeup look that people are doing, I've been feeling really inspired. It's been a while since I've done a bright and dramatic look like this so I had a lot of fun doing it! This kind of reminds me of a mermaid look but we'll leave that up for all of you to decide. I just decided to call it Electric since it's so vibrant. As always, I hope you all like this look and thanks for reading! :)
